What you’ll be up to

• Develop financial models and business plans that drive our growth, working closely with management.
• Manage budgets (especially for marketing and personnel costs) and ensure early detection of deviations. Forecasting is also part of your scope.
• Analyze costs, track R&D (CAPEX), and provide well-founded ad-hoc analyses to enable smarter decisions.
• Handle operational tasks, including reviewing incoming credits from our retail business.
• Contribute your ideas and expertise to our financing and refinancing projects.
• Work closely with our Deputy CFO and serve as the interface to management.

What makes you a great fit

• You have at least 4-5 years of experience as a Senior Financial Analyst (m/w/d), Senior Controller (m/w/d), or similar roles.
• Your bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics forms the foundation of your success.
• Strategic thinking and a keen eye for detail distinguish you.
• You are proficient in Google Sheets and/or Excel, creating complex tables and analyses.
• Familiarity with HGB and other relevant laws and regulations.
• Your German and English skills are at least at C1 level. Additional languages are a plus.

Additionally, preferred qualifications include experience in consulting firms or scale-up environments, and knowledge of ERP systems like NetSuite.
