Your role is to secure existing and develop new business with large customers, who are leaders in their industry and are driving digital transformation with our solutions. You will have a skilled team from different PTC organizations supporting you, expecting your guidance, motivation, empathy, and leadership.

We also expect a hunting mentality, meaning expanding relationships into other departments within existing accounts and building new strategic partnerships with key stakeholders of new prospects.

We are looking for someone who accepts challenges, uses drive and creativity to identify new value areas for our prospects and clients, and is a role model for a global team.

• Successful and proven sales track record (Software/Solution)
• Familiarity with strategic account planning and development

• Personality and character
• Native or full professional proficiency in German
• Experience in the Machine Builder industry is a bonus but not mandatory
