Role Overview

The Field Representative is the Safran Helicopter Engines focal point at the customer's premises. He provides daily direct operational support service to the customers as part of the contractual framework.

Your Mission

As Field Representative, you assist the customer to ensure the operational serviceability of Safran equipment in compliance with safety and airworthiness instructions. It is your responsibility to create and maintain a privileged customer relationship. Furthermore, you actively contribute to and participate in the introduction and deployment of services and entries into service of products.

Your Responsibilities

1. Ensure Equipment Operational Serviceability
2. Answer technical questions related to the operation and maintenance of engines
3. Visit customers regularly within your assigned area
4. Maintain data, compile reports, and follow internal procedures
5. Promote Safran Helicopter Engines' services to customers
6. Collaborate with Customer Service Managers and Representatives regarding customer strategy

Job Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

• Recognized High School certificate with further specialization in aeronautics or military aeronautical education
• At least 5 years of experience in aeronautical maintenance, with 24 months in gas turbine maintenance or support roles
• Good knowledge of helicopter airframes and Safran Helicopter engines (desirable)
• Part 66 license (advantageous)
• Fluent in English (B2-C1 or TOEIC 785-945)
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel approximately 30%
