The role

To support our expansion in Germany, we seek a results-driven Sales Development Representative based in Frankfurt, eager to grow a sales career in a high-performing tech environment.

You will target German account decision-makers to meet revenue goals, coordinate outreach activities, and set up demos. This role offers a ground-floor opportunity in our DACH expansion and a strong start for a B2B sales career.

The position is mostly remote, with weekly meet-ups at our Frankfurt co-working space.

Tech stack: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, Phantombuster, Woodpecker, Aircall

What you will do:

  • Perform B2B mapping, cold calling, outreach, and CRM tracking
  • Research customer personas before initial contact
  • Organize product demos for qualified prospects
  • Engage proactively with prospects to build rapport
  • Gather feedback and guide prospects through qualification
  • Coordinate offline and online events, sharing content from the M&A community

What you bring:

  • 1–2 years of B2B outbound sales experience (preferred)
  • Proven success in meeting sales metrics
  • Strong English communication skills, including objection handling
  • Effective sales techniques and rapport-building skills
  • Quick learner and adaptable to feedback
  • Native-level German proficiency
  • English proficiency at C1+ level

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of finance industry key players and trends
  • Experience communicating with C-suite executives
  • SaaS industry experience
