As a member of the European Engineering team, you will support the end-to-end delivery of multiple capital projects within food production, ensuring sustainability, standardization, and cost-effectiveness to add value to our business.

Key responsibilities and performance metrics include:

• Ensuring safety in project execution
• Incorporating safety, food safety, and ergonomics in project design
• Adhering strictly to budget and schedule during project delivery—covering execution, testing, results, action plans, and punch lists
• Maintaining engineering excellence and quality standards
• Focusing on sustainability and cost savings

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of experience in project engineering within FMCG or related industries
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Knowledge of FMCG standards
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-standard engineering projects
• A love for action and proactive work ethic
• Native or fluent in German and proficient in English
• Residing within an hour's travel of Lutherstadt Wittenberg, including Berlin and Leipzig areas
