Job Description: Supplier Quality Manager (m/w/d)

ORGENTEC Diagnostika GmbH, a global leader in test systems for infectious and autoimmune disease diagnosis and part of the Sebia Group, is seeking to strengthen its team at the Mainz site with a Supplier Quality Manager (m/w/d).

Responsibilities:
  1. Supplier Quality Management: Manage and maintain the Supplier Quality Management Program, conduct supplier audits, assessments, and evaluations to ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and other regulations. Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues, monitor corrective actions, and develop quality agreements.
  2. Collaboration and Communication: Act as the main contact for quality issues, work with cross-functional teams to align supplier quality with product development and production, communicate performance and risks, and drive quality improvement initiatives.
  3. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure purchased components meet regulatory standards and support audit preparations.
  4. Documentation and Reporting: Keep detailed records of audits and assessments, prepare performance reports for management and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred.
  • Skills: Initiative, teamwork, responsibility, performance orientation, adaptability, customer focus, entrepreneurial thinking (for managers), decision-making (for managers).
