We are looking for a Head of Communication & Management Support (f/m/d) to join our Group and support our Managing Director in leading Endress+Hauser InfoServe, the backbone of our IT division. As a key part of our global IT leadership team, you will bring passion and structure to a newly created role, overseeing communications and office management while driving impactful projects forward.

As Head of Communication & Management Support (f/m/d), you’ll take on a dual role: supporting the daily business of our global IT division and driving strategic initiatives to further our success. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact across our IT teams worldwide.

Which tasks will you perform?

You will:

  • Lead and inspire a talented team in communications and office management, helping to shape the future of our global IT division with your vision and guidance.
  • Design and implement a cutting-edge communications strategy that drives the global rollout of our IT initiatives and makes our work visible across the company.
  • Support our executive and leadership teams by ensuring smooth daily operations, collaborating on key decisions, and being a trusted advisor.
  • Take ownership of strategic projects that enhance our global IT capabilities and foster a culture of innovation and agility throughout the division.
