We are seeking a passionate Hydrogen Research Specialist to lead innovative research in hydrogen systems, collaborating globally and participating in pilot projects and academic exchanges. You will work from our office in Hallbergmoos, where our lab is located.

• Lead and manage research projects with internal teams and external partners.
• Define project goals, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Conduct laboratory experiments to develop hydrogen system components.
• Analyze data, identify improvements, and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with international partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to advance hydrogen solutions.
• Share knowledge and strengthen partnerships for hydrogen innovation.
• Participate in academic exchanges and contribute to thought leadership.

Your profile

• MS or PhD in Material Science, Electrochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields, with 3+ years of experience.
• Proven experience in hydrogen research and system integration.
• Experience with laboratory experiments and hydrogen system evaluation.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills; experience engaging with global stakeholders.
• Language skills: English C1 level required; German preferred.
