Customer Support Specialist (all genders) German speaker, Karlsruhe

Responsibilities

  • Support our existing customers with their technical and accounting issues over the phone and via email
  • Provide support to our customers by answering inquiries via our ticket system and support chat
  • Prepare offers for prospective customers, tailoring solutions to their individual needs
  • Show our software solutions to customers via online demonstrations, presenting functionality that will solve their individual IT challenges
  • Work closely with all members of the Customer Support team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our existing and potential customers

Requirements

  • University degree in economics or relevant vocational education such as commercial or technical training
  • Fluency in German and English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
  • First professional experience in a customer-focused role is advantageous
  • Determination, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn
  • High level of multi-tasking, open-mindedness, flexibility, and stress resilience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills and passion for working with people
