Customer Support Specialist (all genders) German speaker, Karlsruhe
Responsibilities
- Support our existing customers with their technical and accounting issues over the phone and via email
- Provide support to our customers by answering inquiries via our ticket system and support chat
- Prepare offers for prospective customers, tailoring solutions to their individual needs
- Show our software solutions to customers via online demonstrations, presenting functionality that will solve their individual IT challenges
- Work closely with all members of the Customer Support team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our existing and potential customers
Requirements
- University degree in economics or relevant vocational education such as commercial or technical training
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
- First professional experience in a customer-focused role is advantageous
- Determination, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn
- High level of multi-tasking, open-mindedness, flexibility, and stress resilience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and passion for working with people
