• Conduct consultancy projects with a strong strategic core in the Life Sciences sector (with a focus on Pharma and MedTech)
• Support top management in designing and implementing corporate strategies, digital transformation, and process optimization
• Assist in acquiring and developing innovative consultancy projects
• Develop external ecosystem strategies and strategy papers

Qualifications:

• College degree, ideally in economics, pharmacy, natural sciences, medicine, or a related field
• 2-5 years of professional experience in strategy consultancy or healthcare organizations
• Broad industry knowledge with deep expertise in areas like strategy development, business model innovation, transformations, operations, supply chain, product strategy, sustainability, etc.
• High interest in new trends and technologies
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Strong client focus and results orientation
• Structured, professional work approach
• Open, communicative, team-oriented, and empathetic personality
• Fluent in German and English
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
