Your role

As a Senior Associate Consultant, you will lead engagement efforts from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment. You will be pivotal in problem discovery and guiding teams on project processes and deliverables. As a domain thought leader, you will advise on architecture and design reviews, lead business pursuit initiatives, client training, and in-house capability building. You will shape consulting solutions that help our clients meet changing global needs.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead projects involving SAP Modules (FI/CO/SD/MM/EWM/ABAP/PP/QM/TM) and Logistics areas.
2. Execute configuration changes and resolve functional defects during project build.
3. Analyze client requirements and prepare/review functional specifications.
4. Coordinate with offshore teams and track/report deliverables to clients.
5. Develop training programs and build team capabilities for better performance.
6. Prepare test cases from functional specifications.
7. Work on interface issues, dealing with middleware and frontend challenges.
8. Create documentation such as functional specs, design, back-out plans, testing results, and root cause analyses.
9. Participate in proposals and RFPs, coordinate with clients to understand requirements, and discuss functional issues.
10. Interact with clients via meetings, calls, and emails; handle escalations.
11. Lead, mentor, and coach junior consultants and technical team members.

Expectations

• Strong domain knowledge in SAP Modules.
• Good integration knowledge with ECC & S/4 HANA, including logistics and production.
• Preferably S/4 HANA certified.
• Hands-on experience with third-party interfaces.
• Solid understanding of pricing and rebate processes.
• Experience in production support, leading SAP teams, and full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High analytical skills, initiative, flexibility, customer orientation, and quality awareness.
• Fluent German language skills.
