Job Description:

What does the ROLE involve?

  • Responsible for the entire personnel administration, including contract creation, reference letters, change agreements, etc.
  • Maintaining and managing employee records in Success Factors and other internal HR systems.
  • Administer end-to-end Time & Attendance processes.
  • Gather data, input, and communicate with the Payroll provider.
  • Communicate with relevant external local institutions.
  • Manage the recruitment process across the EU Region: creating job advertisements, reviewing applications, conducting kick-off meetings and interviews, and preparing job offers.
  • Advise and support employees and local managers on labor law and HR-related issues (e.g., contracts, salaries, vacations, benefits, conflict mediation).
  • Manage the On- & Off-boarding process, including arranging working equipment, liaising with IT, conducting regular meetings with all employees at the site, exit interviews, and stay interviews.
  • Promote staff engagement by coordinating staff events to improve motivation and morale.
  • Work on special projects assigned by the Regional Senior HR Manager Europe, such as HR process optimization, culture change projects, and HR analytics.
  • Assist in implementing employee development and training programs.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of professional HR experience, ideally as an HR Generalist or HR Specialist.
  • Previous experience with recruitment from A-Z, preferably at an international level.
  • Good knowledge of German labor law and personnel administration.
  • Preferably experience working in an international company.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Languages: Good written and spoken German and English skills (at least B1 level). Knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus.
