Job Description:
Your responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for our French-speaking B2B customers across Europe via phone and email.
  • Take and process orders through various channels in our ERP system.
  • Assist with any concerns that arise during the ordering and delivery process.
  • Focus on our registered dealers and support our sales team in acquiring new prospective customers.
You bring along:
  • Experience in customer service, support, internal sales, or similar roles.
  • A passion for motorcycles, ATV/UTV, bicycles, and related products and accessories is preferred.
  • Open-minded, communicative, with strong service and customer orientation.
  • Native French and good English language skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems.
