Job Description:

• Project management of development projects in the field of electric motors and drives according to the stage-gate process
• Compliance with time, cost and quality targets as part of the development process
• Detailed coordination of the project scope and project implementation with the customer
• Coordination of technical feasibility for project implementation
• Internal coordination of all project phases with the specialist departments of development, production, quality assurance, purchasing and industrial engineering for successful project execution
• Creation and maintenance of project plans, documentation and tracking of project phases
• Ensuring orderly and transparent risk management (e.g. in the event of project NRC or product RC deadline or cost deviations) and adequate documentation
• Technical management of the interdisciplinary project teams
• Completed technical studies in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, alternatively a comparable qualification, e.g. technician/master electrical engineering, mechanical engineering with relevant professional experience
• Several years of experience in handling technically based projects, ideally in the field of electric motors and drives or mechanical engineering, IPMA training is an advantage
• Structured, responsible and cost-conscious way of working with a high degree of flexibility
• ability to work in a team
• High customer and service orientation as well as intercultural competence
• Willingness to travel domestically and abroad required as part of normal business trips
• Business fluent language skills in German and English required, further foreign language skills an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office and knowledge of an ERP system
