Job Description:
- Project management of development projects in the field of electric motors and drives according to the stage-gate process
- Compliance with time, cost and quality targets as part of the development process
- Detailed coordination of the project scope and project implementation with the customer
- Coordination of technical feasibility for project implementation
- Internal coordination of all project phases with the specialist departments of development, production, quality assurance, purchasing and industrial engineering for successful project execution
- Creation and maintenance of project plans, documentation and tracking of project phases
- Ensuring orderly and transparent risk management (e.g. in the event of project NRC or product RC deadline or cost deviations) and adequate documentation
- Technical management of the interdisciplinary project teams
- Completed technical studies in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, alternatively a comparable qualification, e.g. technician/master electrical engineering, mechanical engineering with relevant professional experience
- Several years of experience in handling technically based projects, ideally in the field of electric motors and drives or mechanical engineering, IPMA training is an advantage
- Structured, responsible and cost-conscious way of working with a high degree of flexibility
- ability to work in a team
- High customer and service orientation as well as intercultural competence
- Willingness to travel domestically and abroad required as part of normal business trips
- Business fluent language skills in German and English required, further foreign language skills an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office and knowledge of an ERP system
