How you will create an impact:
- Manage the delivery and roll-out of our SK Loyalty SaaS suite to multiple financial services clients
- Conduct client-specific delivery and customization projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence
- Create technical solution presentations and proposals, and initiate contracting
- Perform requirements engineering with stakeholders and develop optimal solutions
- Consult clients on implementation and integration of the software
- Support sales and consulting teams through discovery meetings and demos
- Provide product training and serve as the key contact during hyper-care
- Contribute feedback to product management for the product roadmap
- Maintain key client relationships and conduct proof of value projects
About you:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, computer science, or related field, with 1-3 years of experience in IT consulting or software implementation
- Technical expertise to discuss concepts with IT stakeholders and developers
- Experience with IT project management and agile methodologies
- Knowledge and enthusiasm for technology trends like cloud, app development, and AI
- Strong problem-solving skills to translate business needs into digital solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proactive and reliable
- Fluent in English and German
- Industry knowledge in Banking and Financial Services in Germany
