A Day in the Life

Be at the forefront of electrophysiology. As a Technical Consultant for our Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team, you will impact patient care through Medtronic's technologies and therapies. We are dedicated to leading the market with our Affera Mapping and Ablation System, innovating ablation catheters, cardiac mapping systems, and electrophysiology products.

Join our team and contribute to global quality and affordable care. This position is based in Germany, primarily remote, with travel (80-100%) across Germany and Western Europe, providing diverse market experience and international networking opportunities.

Responsibilities may include:

• Planning training programs with the Sales Manager and teams
• Providing technical support on CAS products and procedures
• Supporting sales and marketing during product presentations
• Reporting market, account, and competitive insights
• Gathering customer feedback, product issues, and complaints
• Performing administrative duties and activity reporting

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
• Knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and products
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and quality focus

Experience in the medical device industry, especially in a hospital OR, is highly valued.
