This is your opportunity to work for a high-quality electrical contracting service, specializing in many sectors including Food & Beverage Manufacturing Plants, Data Centres, Life Sciences, and Airports. Our client is now seeking a Project Manager to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Project preparation: Set-up meetings, Site attendance, Client communication
• Inclusion on technical discussions & submittals.
• Coordinating with Customers/Clients and design teams
• Managing daily operations of the projects from start to finish, including managing & communicating with subcontractors and vendors about any issues that may arise during the course of the project
• Ensuring site records for all labour, plant, materials, and staff are maintained
• Ensure adequate materials are always available to complete the project
• Progress report to be maintained weekly; report on and manage any changes/variations
• Identify and track project risks
• Completing and reviewing all project paperwork
• Strict adherence to the highest standards of Quality, Health & Safety

Requirements:

• Electrical / Construction Industry Background & Vast Experience
• Experience Managing teams of trades staff
• Strong Communication Skills
• Accurate, attention to detail and a methodical nature
• Excellent knowledge of the Construction Industry, Electrical installs, policies, and regulations.
• Must speak fluent English
