As a trusted Systems Integrator (SI), we partner with top-tier platforms such as Salesforce and Twilio to help organizations in financial services, healthcare, and other regulated industries deliver outstanding customer experiences. Our work spans strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization of scalable technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. Tasks

• You build trusting relationship with our clients from the first introduction meeting to deploying and supporting the final product
• You collect, document and analyze user requirements and deduct actionable product and feature plans from them
• You sketch architecture and workflow documentation and prepare wireframes and mockups
• You discuss technical solutions with the engineering team as well as define timelines
• You constantly monitor the project status and progress over time
• You prepare, lead and document client meetings and product presentations
• You test the developed solutions and give feedback to our engineering team in an iterative manner until the solution is flawless
• You give training and detailed explanations to clients’ employees or hold workshops
• You take full ownership for the success of our projects and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in requirements engineering, project management, product management or IT / business consultancy in a high pace / growth environments such as business consulting or a start-up
• Experience in collecting customer needs and desires by conducting structured user research and translating them into specific technical requirements
• Exposure to environments in which UI / UX designers, product and project managers, software developers and stakeholders need to collaborate
• High diligence in requirements and product feature documentation
• Some project experience with programmable platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, MS Dynamics, Zoho, SugarCRM, Freshdesk etc. is a plus
• Basic coding skills are not required, but more than welcome
• Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, business administration, economics, mathematics, engineering or physics (however, we're also open to other fields if relevant)
• Chance to work with successful and innovative midmarket and enterprise clients in Germany and Europe
• Owning large workstreams and entire projects within the first six months
• Freedom to develop and implement your very own ideas of how to best serve our client’s needs and desires
