What you'll do
- Lead and deliver projects within our PMO organization, focusing on organizational development, talent development, and cultural enhancement.
- Adapt global strategies to regional needs, ensuring alignment with the overall vision while considering local dynamics and skill-based talent development.
- Lead the implementation of skill-based development programs in collaboration with regional and local operations, emphasizing the development of critical competencies for future success.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by implementing programs that enhance organizational capabilities.
- Guide regional leaders and teams through change initiatives, applying effective change management methodologies to minimize resistance and ensure successful outcomes.
- Activate and sustain global programs to enhance employee engagement, monitor engagement levels, and implement initiatives to improve engagement and satisfaction across the region.
- Analyze HR and OD metrics to identify trends and opportunities, using data to inform decisions and shape regional strategies.
- Collaborate actively with the global OD team to exchange best practices, lessons learned, and successful initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What makes you a good fit
- Master's degree plus five or more years of experience leading projects in Operations and Supply Chain; experience in Adhesive Technologies is a plus.
- Ability to co-create and adapt strategies that align with global goals while addressing regional specifics.
- Expertise in rolling out skill-based development programs that address current and future organizational needs.
- Proficiency in guiding teams through change, with a strong understanding of change management principles.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to ensure alignment and engagement across diverse teams.
- Sensitivity to cultural dynamics within the region, ensuring OD initiatives are effective and respectful of local practices.
- Fluent in English.
