Your Role

• Identifying and assessing trends and technologies in live and video productions within the context of training and education.
• Defining requirements for live streaming and video-based learning solutions in collaboration with specialists from different Gen Re branches.
• Designing, implementing technically, and post-producing live stream and video productions in our studio.
• Developing compelling solutions for integrating video content and animations into web-based training together with our training specialists.
• Overseeing user management and advancements of our learning management system, with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Contributing expertise, intercultural competence, and project management skills to interdisciplinary projects.

Your Profile

• You’re a media designer or event technician, or you’ve completed a similar university degree or professional training that qualifies you as a media content creator.
• You have a creative mind and a talent for visuals.
• You bring substantial experience in streaming and video production, and possibly in web-based training.
• Your strength is working under time pressure.
• You couple conceptual strength in media design with comprehensive knowledge of editing, camera operation, as well as light and sound design.
• You’re an expert in creating compelling audiovisual content using the NewTek Tricaster.
• You’re proficient in post-production, animation, and image editing, mastering the tools of the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ideally, you have prior experience with learning management systems.
• You quickly adapt to new tasks, topics, and responsibilities.
• You’re fluent in English and thrive as an international project manager.
• You excel in teamwork and contribute to outstanding work results with your input.
