Qualifikationen

  • 3+ Jahre Erfahrung in einer kundenorientierten Rolle, idealerweise im B2B-Bereich.

Job Share : Full-time (38.5 hours per week)

Location : FLOCERT GmbH Headquarter Bonn, Germany or Branch Offices in San Jose, Cape Town or Bangalore

Description

We are looking for a motivated Key Account Officer who will be responsible for fostering and developing relationships with key stakeholders and customers and ensuring that their needs are understood and satisfied. The responsibilities will include handling multiple projects in a dynamic multi-stakeholder environment, ensuring high level of customer service, support with the daily account management unit processes and tasks, and working in cross-functional teams involving other units and partner organizations, among others.

Your responsibilities

  • Proactively manage a set of stakeholder accounts and develop trusted relationships across hierarchy levels
  • Retain, grow and diversify the value delivered to our stakeholders and their customers
  • Prepare customized service offers: Scope new customer inquiries, draft project outlines, including deliverables, timelines, and price quote
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally and cross-organizationally to design, develop, and constantly improve solutions required to drive business outcomes for our stakeholders, working across internal teams
  • Follow-up on account management processes to close deals and, jointly with other internal teams, to ensure projects are delivered on time, of quality and on budget.
  • Support the optimisation of the strategic direction, structure and workflows of account management
  • Facilitate stakeholder and customer workshops, business meetings and presentations

Your qualifications, experience and skills

  • University education in the fields of business, economics, marketing, communication, sales or related field
  • 3+ years of related professional work experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a complex global multi-stakeholder B2B environment or a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Work experience in international trade, certification / verification bodies, NGOs, or sustainability is desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Strong cross-functional project management skills and familiarity with different project management techniques
  • Strong dedication towards customer service, customer experience, excellent communication skills, ability to negotiate and persuade
  • Great team player with positive and pro-active attitude, creative thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving aptitude
  • Quick learner, passion for innovation, ability to identify customer needs, and ready to explore multiple areas at the frontiers of sustainability
  • Familiarity with CSR, ESG, carbon credits, living income, and living wage topics is an advantage
  • Attentiveness to detail, ability to think critically, and a reputation for taking initiative, setting goals, and getting things done
  • Very good command of MS Office, experience with project management and / or customer relationship management tools
  • Motivation for Fairtrade
