General Responsibilities:

• Conduct property loss control surveys to evaluate the property and business interruption exposures at client facilities based on internationally recognized standards (NFPA and others as appropriate).
• Travel is expected regularly, mainly in France and the Benelux.
• Develop recommendations based on standards to include loss estimates before and after completion of the recommendations.
• Evaluate automatic fire protection and water supply systems.
• Report and evaluate building construction, occupancy, special and natural hazards.
• Develop loss estimates based on scenarios such as the Maximum Foreseeable Loss.
• Work in higher technical needs and communicate directly with upper client management, including risk managers, financial managers, and other decision-makers.
• Maintain professional conduct and excellent communication skills for direct interactions with client management.
• Provide project management services, including site visits, plan reviews, and presentations.
