YOUR ROLE

1. Consultant and contact person for all HR-related issues from individual personnel measures to reorganizations
2. Independent management of the specialist area to drive forward the strategic HR agenda
3. Support and management of HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle
4. Identify top talent as part of succession planning, advising on development measures and salary and performance appraisals
5. Stakeholder and interface management as well as collaboration with the respective HR specialists/departments (payroll, learning/development, employer branding, pensions department, etc.)
6. Case handling in accordance with collective agreements and applicable labor law
7. Trusting cooperation with the works council

YOUR SKILLS

1. Very good university degree in the relevant field and at least three years of relevant professional experience
2. Confident and professional appearance with excellent communication skills
3. High willingness to cooperate, ability to work in a team, flexibility, and willingness to travel
4. Project management skills are an advantage
5. Very good time and self-management skills
6. Business fluent in German and English in a business context
