Your tasks:
  • Develop, implement, further develop, and harmonize global processes for the Global Service business unit, including documentation.
  • Roll out new processes and train worldwide employees within the Global Service business unit.
  • Manage internal project tasks from planning to execution and control.
  • Advise business units on continuous improvements to the Global Service.
  • Ensure process compliance and conduct internal audits.
  • Serve as a contact person for questions regarding Global Service for international subsidiaries.
Your profile:
  • Completed apprenticeship or degree in industrial engineering or economics.
  • Several years of professional experience in an industrial environment, preferably in aviation or metalworking industry.
  • Experience in project management is an advantage.
  • Service-oriented, teamwork-oriented, with a structured, proactive, and analytical work style, and good communication skills. Entrepreneurial thinking and acting are also important.
  • Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken.
