The Team – your impact

As an Integration Consultant (f/m/d), you will join one of E.ON’s Digital Technology initiatives. You will be part of a skilled team of Application Integration experts responsible for leading, shaping, transforming, and digitizing our E.ON businesses across Europe. Your role includes managing the entire lifecycle of integration solutions, from conception and design to implementation.

• Participate in discovery calls and technical deep dives to analyze customer requirements and provide integration solutions.
• Design and recommend integration solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project success.
• Define the scope of integration solutions and organize teams to ensure timely, budget-friendly delivery.
• Develop communication plans, provide status reports, and manage risks.
• Leverage your experience to train teams and promote shared expertise.

Your Profile – authentic & ambitious

• Proven experience as a consultant, sales engineer, or similar role involving technical and business advice.
• Experience in enterprise application integration.
• Knowledge of different integration approaches (API-led, process, data, event-driven, data migration).
• Confident and engaging presenter, especially in technical discussions.
• Ability to influence, handle ambiguity, and communicate effectively across cultures.
• Excellent German and English skills.
• Willing to travel across Europe.
