We have an exciting new opening for a bilingual German / English speaker to join the successful sales team based in the West Midlands office 4 days a week OR as a remote worker in Germany.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be a key member of the DACH team working with both outbound (60%) and inbound (40%) clients in the DACH market. Supporting the EMEA sales team, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for potential clients and sparking interest in your product.

You will build rapport with contacts through phone calls, emails, and social channels, working closely with the sales team to ensure that the leads provided are qualified correctly and are progressing. This involves gathering key information to update the CRM system and assigning next steps.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage lead development for the DACH region
  2. Qualify inbound marketing leads in detail
  3. Proactively prospect target key accounts with the sales team
  4. Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
  5. Build relationships and communicate effectively with the territory sales team and management
  6. Stay informed and up-to-date on products and solutions
  7. Identify opportunities to improve and optimize lead management processes
  8. Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM system
Candidate Requirements
  1. At least 1 year of experience in value-based selling or customer service
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  3. Professional, determined, and results-oriented attitude
  4. Positive, team-oriented, and a self-starter
  5. Ability to accurately assess lead qualifications based on established criteria
  6. Comfortable learning and using key software applications

This role is with a well-established and successful software company. The position is open to candidates in Solihull and Germany, with an immediate start possible.
