Trelleborg Sealing Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our Project Management Office. This position is based in Stuttgart or at other Trelleborg locations in Europe. We are supporting our Sales colleagues throughout Europe by leading development or complex customer focused projects requiring strong cross-functional cooperation.

Key Responsibilities

• Ownership & Leadership : Take ownership of projects/sub-projects, manage key stakeholders, develop project plans, and drive projects towards success
• Strategic Alignment : Work closely with Project Sponsors to define deliverables and ensure alignment with strategic goals
• Risk Management : Proactively identify project risks and create mitigation plans. Provide solutions for increasingly complex problems
• Resource Management : Manage project resources allocated from the line organization
• Team Building : Build and motivate project teams united by shared goals, promoting personal accountability across all team members

Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with relevant work experience in project management
• Experience : 5+ years of solid experience in project management.
• Skill Set : Experience with cross-functional responsibilities and knowledge of project management tools (WBS, project scheduling, resource estimates, risk management).
• Detail-Oriented : Ability to gather, break down, specify, and follow up on all key tasks included in the project scope.
• Team Player : Enjoy working in an international and distributed team.
• Communication : Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English; German is a plus.
