Job Description:

The IT Business Development Team mainly supports +40 Development Teams at ABOUT YOU Tech in structuring and optimizing their projects and processes. They work closely with top management and Tech & Product Leads. Projects include software selection, migrations, cost planning, IT investments, cost savings, process implementation, and change projects.

The IT Business Process Manager supports change management, assists with new process implementation, evaluates processes, moderates workshops, and improves cross-team collaboration. Do you enjoy understanding diverse topics, processes, and people to provide optimal support? Do you want to work on solutions with various stakeholders to increase efficiency?

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including leads and development teams from ABOUT YOU and SCAYLE, to gain insights into their workflows.
• Ensure continuous improvement by moderating retrospectives and process reviews.
• Facilitate workshops on team building, cross-team processes, lessons learned, and agile practices.
• Enhance our tech organization through lean process optimization, automation, and organizational change management.
• Act as a problem-solver and change agent, finding pragmatic solutions.
• Become a JIRA administrator to support process implementation for non-Tech Teams.
• Gain insights into various teams and processes across ABOUT YOU, working with the latest technologies.

Who you are

• At least 1 year of experience in project management or process implementation.
• You are proactive, solution-oriented, and creative in your work.
• You are highly organized and work systematically.
• You have an analytical mindset and approach tasks thoughtfully.
• Fluent in English (C2 level), both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience with agile/lean methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, XP, possibly as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master.
• Background in consulting.
• Practical knowledge of JIRA & Confluence, including admin skills.
• Experience in change management and organizational change facilitation.
• IT consulting experience.
• Agile certifications or hands-on experience in agile processes.
• Degree in Work/Business Psychology or similar fields.
