Responsibilities
  • Prepare and edit high volume of Due Diligence screening-related data in MS Excel, connecting information from different data sources in an Excel environment
  • Upload mass data into Compliance Desktop Screening Tool and support risk-based assessment of Screenings by first-level analysis of red flags from databases
  • Support monitoring of Due Diligence Process Compliance, instruct colleagues globally, and interact with enabling functions
  • Assist in the change process of Due Diligence Processes with feedback for improvements
  • Administer Screening Tool, instruct users, and provide training if necessary
  • Monitor and handle responses via ABAC E-Mailbox
  • Work on multiple topics with a complex background
  • Manage data quality using various IT solutions
  • Participate in and conduct smaller compliance projects
  • Coordinate global compliance experts and contacts to ensure systematic compliance approach
Your profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Science, Apprenticeship, or related field
  • Basic understanding of Compliance or related risks is a plus
  • Ability to manage various tasks simultaneously
  • Data analytics and management skills are advantageous
  • Experience with IT systems, especially Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
