As an Engineering Manager (m/f/d), you will work closely with the department lead, drive key projects, and contribute to crucial technical decisions. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Driving system design efforts, managing cross-team projects, and contributing to department OKR planning.
  2. Supporting developers in their personal growth and ensuring a productive work environment by removing obstacles to efficiency.
  3. Establishing processes to attract, develop, and retain top talents while fostering a culture of trust through knowledge sharing and effective communication.
  4. Supporting recruiting processes to strengthen and grow the team.
  5. Having a strong understanding of programming languages, software engineering principles, and agile development processes.
  6. Ensuring quality assurance through automated testing or manual testing approaches.
  7. Possessing a solid grasp of system architecture, with the ability to plan and document it effectively.
  8. Making data-driven decisions to navigate complexity confidently.
  9. Communicating seamlessly across teams in both English and German.
  10. Approaching the unique challenges of SaaS development strategically and with experience.
