You will:
  • You will mainly focus on the implementation and optimization of lifecycle campaigns for markets.
  • You will collaborate very closely with the Market team and develop a deep understanding of the target audience.
  • You will strategically lead and manage the planning and execution of AMBOSS' promotional campaigns, as well as all of our customer-triggered communication journeys.
  • You will work very closely with different teams to advise and support them in the development and implementation of campaigns.
  • Support the delivery of all CRM activity in our key markets, including optimization and reporting, performance metrics, and ROI.
  • Support development, testing, and deployment of new CRM channels for AMBOSS, such as Push & In-App.
  • Leverage data and customer insight to constantly improve our customer journey and channel ROI.
You bring:
  • Experience in the multichannel CRM environment (mobile/email/web).
  • A growth mindset to create a positive and successful customer experience.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation software (e.g., Braze, Hubspot) and experience with data visualization tools such as Metabase (alternatively PowerBI or Tableau).
  • Experience with HTML and CSS, along with a scripting language.
Nice to have:
  • SQL skills.
