Your Contribution :

• Within the Group Procurement Organization, you are globally responsible for the direct Spend (COGS) inside the Software Category and manage the development of the category as well as implementation of the relevant sourcing strategy.
• You will promote complex strategic initiatives and end-to-end procurement processes for software, delivering value beyond the financial contribution, especially in procurement market innovations that contribute to digitization.
• With your colleagues and senior stakeholders, you are able to develop and work in effective, trustful, and personal relationships.
• You align your strategies with relevant business contacts and act as a trusted advisor to initiate strategic initiatives.
• You will develop and manage strategic supplier relationships and be responsible for the entire sourcing-to-contracting process in your area, from managing business needs, defining sourcing strategies, to leading negotiations.

What you bring along :

• Several years of practical experience in procurement or software sales.
• A successfully completed degree in business administration or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of internal processes related to sales, service, and order fulfillment.
• Full professional proficiency in German and English; additional languages (e.g., Italian, French) are advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, commercial understanding, and willingness to lead change.
