What can you expect?

• You manage and coordinate the entire purchasing process including the selection and evaluation of suppliers
• You negotiate prices, contracts, and terms with suppliers to ensure optimal purchasing conditions and long-term partnerships
• You monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of materials and equipment for ongoing projects
• You analyze and optimize procurement strategies to reduce costs and increase efficiency
• You are responsible for the planning, management, and control of the finished goods warehouse, packaging, picking, and shipping areas, and monitor the entire logistics process
• You ensure and optimize processes by implementing efficient standards, monitoring delivery performance, and reporting
• You cooperate and communicate comprehensively with management, project management, production, and sales to achieve targets
• You ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines relating to the procurement and logistics area

What should you bring along?

• You have a strong purchasing and logistic background with professional experience, preferably in an electronics company
• You are able to work independently
• You are characterized by a confident and consistent manner, negotiating skills, and problem-solving skills
• You have routine knowledge in the use of ERP systems and common MS Office programs
• You are fluent in written and spoken German and have excellent written and spoken English skills
