Responsibilities

1. Advising group companies on various questions of national and international tax law.
2. Managing tax operations abroad.
3. Overseeing and ensuring compliance with withholding tax regulations domestically and internationally.
4. Preparing transfer pricing documentation for group companies.
5. Applying for input tax refunds.
6. Participating in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns for different legal forms, submitting related applications to tax authorities, and supporting audits.
7. Contributing to the ongoing development and monitoring of the tax compliance management system, including implementing and updating tax processes and company policies.

Qualifications

1. Degree in economics and/or law with a focus on taxes or extensive experience as a tax specialist.
2. First relevant professional experience is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in data processing programs (SAP, Microsoft Office).
4. Excellent German and English skills.
5. Strong communication skills, with a self-reliant and reliable work approach.
6. Organizational talent, problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking.
7. Willingness to undertake occasional national and international business trips.
