Are you passionate about HR administration and compliance with international HR regulations? We are seeking an HR Operations Manager / Teamlead HR Administration (m/f/d) for our location in Kassel, reporting directly to the COO. This role involves leading global HR initiatives and ensuring flawless execution across multiple countries including DE, CH, AT, ES, GB, FR, BE, BG, US, CA, IN, and CN. The position offers remote work with a preference for occasional presence in our Kassel office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop our HR Administration team consisting of over 5 employees across Germany, UK, US, and India.
• Support leadership on all aspects of international HR operations, including employment law, payroll, benefits, layoffs, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Oversee and streamline HR administration processes, manage employee records, payroll, and HRIS systems.
• Drive projects to ensure compliance with local and international HR regulations, including implementing a global HRIS system.
• Align HR processes with other HR functions to optimize workflows.

Qualifications:

• Degree in a relevant field, preferably with HR specialization, and at least 5 years of experience in HR operations within a global organization.
• Deep knowledge of HR practices, payroll, tax regulations, employment laws in Germany, and familiarity with international HR regulations is advantageous.
• Experience with HRIS systems like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong relationship management skills with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Digital affinity, organized, detail-oriented, self-driven, and discreet.
• Fluent in English and German, with excellent communication skills.
