Educational Content Creator for YouTube (English Language and Literature)

Duration: 8–12 weeks

We are looking for a highly creative and motivated Educational Content Creator for YouTube to join English Language and Literature on a voluntary internship basis. If you’re passionate about education, storytelling, and making English language and literature come alive for learners across the globe—this is your opportunity!

About the Role:

As an intern, you’ll be responsible for creating engaging YouTube content, including one longer-form video and two shorts per week, along with a thumbnail design. You will research assigned topics, write scripts, film and edit your content, and participate in a collaborative review process with our YouTube team.

Please note: This role requires you to appear on camera and submit a sample video before hiring for review by our CCO and YouTube team.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, script, and record 1 longer video and 2 shorts weekly

• Create one custom thumbnail per longer video

• Edit all videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms

• Research topics assigned by our team in English Language & Literature

• Participate in weekly team meetings

• Handle revisions based on feedback

• Deliver projects punctually and maintain high creative standards

Requirements:

• Comfortable and confident on camera

• High to native level of English fluency

• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, or equivalent

• Background in content creation, design, and video editing

• Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

• Open to feedback and collaborative input

• Previous experience with YouTube production (editing, filming, posting)
