The OMICRON Academy develops customer training on products and applications. Now, e-learning courses are to be developed as a new service. To strengthen our team in Erlangen, Germany, we are looking for an experienced electrical engineer as an e-learning content creator (f/m/x) 80-100%.

What is it all about?

1. Understand customers' applications and their training needs.
2. Develop technical content for e-learning courses to train customers on OMICRON products for power system protection testing.
3. Ensure content compliance with international standards such as IEC, IEEE, etc.
4. Create didactical concepts, interactions, and quizzes for e-learning modules.
5. Conduct in-person training courses in protection testing at our training centers or customer sites (20%).

1. Completed university education in electrical engineering, power engineering, or an equivalent field.
2. Up-to-date knowledge of protective relaying.
3. Enjoy translating complex content into educational formats with a creative, pragmatic, and deadline-oriented approach.
4. Team player with an independent and self-reliant working style.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Enthusiastic about working in a global, intercultural team.
7. Openness to new technologies, with very good command of English and ideally German.
