About the Role

You will be part of a high-growth region with a world-class team, working closely with customers and prospects. Your role involves shaping and evolving consulting and product delivery offerings and driving new business with sales partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a thorough understanding of customer expectations and discuss proposed solutions during all sales phases.
  • Present LNRS fraud prevention, identity verification, and authentication products and services, clarifying technical details.
  • Adopt a consultative approach with excellent listening and questioning skills to identify and recommend solutions.
  • Deeply understand customers' businesses to help realize their value and transformation potential.
  • Guide customers through solutions, including technical demonstrations and engagement plans.
  • Manage opportunities from inception to delivery handover.
  • Apply product and process expertise to the customer base.

Requirements:

  • Experience in fraud prevention, risk, or authentication sectors.
  • Experience in risk management, banking, identity verification, cybersecurity, malware research, credit policy, or payments industry.
  • Ability to identify and reflect customer requirements effectively.
  • Excellent consultative, collaboration, and active listening skills.
  • Strong organizational, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and stakeholder interaction capabilities.
