As the Omni Channel Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the seamless operation of our dark stores across the EMEA region. Your primary objective will be to ensure efficient fulfillment, inventory and customer service processes that meet our customers' and business expectations. This position requires a proactive leader navigating fast-paced environments and managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
Work closely with dark stores & eCommerce sales teams across the European market to support smooth day-to-day operations
Design and implement scalable operational frameworks to support business growth, anticipate future capacity needs and operational challenges.
Oversee and drive to the implementation and optimization of omnichannel tools (e.g., OMS, CRM, POS, ERP).
Facilitate the maintenance for optimal inventory management to meet customer demand while ensuring product availability.
Contribute to the conceptualization for a global framework for a future operating model.
Partner with local teams to monitor the customer journey across all platforms, identifying gaps and implementing continuous improvements to standardize and enhance overall operational performance.
Analyze key performance indicators that will drive data-informed decision making.
Ensure all processes comply with company policies, data security standards, and regulatory requirements.
Lead initiatives to continuously refine omnichannel processes, using feedback loops, performance data, and cross-functional input. Champion a culture of experimentation and iteration.
Be prepared for travel within the European region to engage with the local teams hands-on.
What we DREAM of:
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
A strong background in warehouse operations and customer service
Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and smooth collaboration
Experienced in leading and supporting distributed and remote teams across multiple locations
Knowledge of Lean & Six Sigma methodologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels
Proficiency with ERP, WMS and OMS systems is highly desirable
Comfortable working in international, cross-functional environments with high cultural sensitivity
Quick-thinking and proactive mindset, with a keen eye for identifying and implementing process improvements
Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in German is a plus
