Strategic Purchaser (m / f / d)

Your Tasks:

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies for long-term procurement goals.
• Identify and qualify suppliers to meet company requirements.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to lower risks and improve project and company margins.
• Manage supplier performance, quality control, and delivery times.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely availability for ongoing projects.
• Monitor and report on market trends affecting procurement.
• Identify suitable partners for framework agreements and initiate negotiations.

Your Profile:

• Completed relevant educational background such as a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management, focusing on strategic purchasing.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional language skills (e.g., German, French) are an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Expertise in contract negotiations, including pricing, terms, and agreements with suppliers.
• Experience in the renewable energy sector, manufacturing, or offshore industries is a plus.
• Strong team player with effective communication and collaboration skills across engineering, project management, tender, and finance teams.
• Adaptable to working in a rapidly changing environment and responding to evolving business needs.
