Your Role in Shaping the Future

• Take responsibility for UXD colleagues' technical and disciplinary leadership as a Team Lead.
• Work on various projects across industries and skills to develop clear, valuable, and astonishing solutions. You enjoy leading projects to great results.
• Actively contribute to the further development of our UX Design team.
• Keep up to date with the latest developments, trends, and thinking – in AI, Design, and beyond – and share your knowledge and thoughts with colleagues and clients to shape our team.
• Lead clients and colleagues to ensure our design solutions are delivered with world-class quality.
• Participate in projects from start to finish – setting direction, identifying, and resolving issues.
• Implement digital design projects, from initial requirements to concept, interaction design, and development.
• Creation and implementation of AI – You are not only using AI in your daily routine; you are also thinking about and implementing AI into the products you create to shape the future. You empower and excite the team and people around you to do so as well.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team (PM, Digital, Service Design, Tech, etc.) to deliver great results.

Your Value-Add

• 7+ years of experience with a focus on digital design in an agile & digital environment.
• English language skills (German additionally would be wonderful but is not mandatory).
• Ambassador of great design and user interfaces – supporting our clients in decision-making.
• Proven skills in leading a team or colleagues in previous roles.
• Desire to take responsibility and bring topics, projects, and teams to great results.
• Enjoy sharing know-how and ideas; it’s part of your DNA.
• Excellent communication skills, confident working with clients and colleagues at all levels.
