We are seeking a talented, motivated, and passionate sustainability professional to join our consulting team. The primary function of this role is to conduct and manage projects related to environmental Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Portfolio Sustainability Assessment (PSA).

What you will do

You will help our clients create more sustainable products and operate more sustainably. Your work will focus on assisting clients with product and corporate sustainability measurement and reporting, including Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) using our LCA FE software and other sustainability projects. Activities will also involve direct project management and client interaction. Your daily activities may include:

1. Managing multiple consulting projects on LCA, PSA, and other sustainability strategies.
2. Creating LCA models of products or services using our software.
3. Writing ISO 14040/44 conformant reports documenting your work.
4. Developing and applying Portfolio Sustainability Assessment frameworks per WBCSD guidance.
5. Manipulating data using Excel or other data formats.
6. Analyzing energy, water, waste, emissions, and costs.
7. Preparing and presenting project results in PowerPoint or other formats.
8. Ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
9. Collaborating with team members across specialties and regions on topics like energy transition, alternative fuels, hydrogen, and green chemistry.
10. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
11. Traveling up to 20% as needed for projects.

Your Profile

Candidate should have:

• An undergraduate or Master’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
• Knowledge and passion for sustainability, environmental systems, life cycle thinking, and climate change.
• Experience managing small to medium team projects.
• A strong quantitative or technical background with analytical skills.
• Aptitude for learning new software and some programming experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks independently and in teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• A desire to help companies succeed environmentally.
