EIT Health is seeking a seasoned Ecosystem Manager to engage with regional innovation ecosystems, recruit SMEs and learners for programmes, and retain member organisations. You will generate income, develop mutually beneficial projects, and manage content for dissemination across EIT Health forums and outreach hubs.
You will lead and mentor peers, build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and deliver comprehensive reporting to support strategic impact across the Eastern European
Reporting to the Head of Ecosystem Management, you will engage with Member State innovation ecosystems, including government departments, key health innovation actors and mechanisms, health system innovation mechanisms, accelerators, and key opinion leaders. You will recruit suitable regional organisations, particularly SMEs, as well as learners to participate in EIT Health programmes. In addition, you will recruit and retain EIT Health member organisations and ensure the demonstrable delivery of value to them. The role also involves identifying and managing content for dissemination through EIT Health’s Partner Forum, Innovators Community, events programme, other EIT Health community mechanisms, and EIT Community Officers and Outreach Hubs. Furthermore, you will generate income by securing membership fee payments, developing mutually beneficial projects with members, and identifying opportunities across the Eastern European region, which extends from Latvia and Poland to Moldova and Albania.
