For our upcoming launches in cellular therapy, we are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Global Market Access Manager to support our product strategy initiatives. The role involves developing and implementing market access strategies, evidence collection, and integrating market access elements into clinical development, as well as creating pricing strategies and launch plans.

Location: Wedel near Hamburg.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Develop strategies and engagement plans for medac’s upcoming innovative launches.
2. Analyze competitor products, pricing strategies, and market access tactics to inform strategy.
3. Provide input into clinical and medical activities.
4. Participate in due diligence and assess product concepts with internal stakeholders.
5. Collect and synthesize health economic data, outcomes research, and real-world evidence.
6. Compile global access and pricing strategies for senior leadership approval.
7. Adapt global value dossiers and economic evidence to meet HTA requirements.
8. Develop and update market access input into lifecycle strategies.
9. Assist country affiliates with reimbursement negotiations and related training.

Skills and Abilities

• Degree in health economics, economics, or natural sciences.
• Experience in market access consulting or pharmaceutical industry roles.
• Proven track record with dossiers and health economic evidence for HTA agencies.
• Understanding of health economic models and evidence.
• Experience in at least one of the 'Big 5' European markets preferred.
• Intercultural competence, fluency in English and German, strong project management skills.
• Ability to work creatively and collaboratively in a matrix environment.
