The HARTMANN Group offers an exciting opportunity: In our globally oriented team, you will actively shape the transfer pricing strategy, especially in the areas of TP Controversy and IC Services. You will work closely with internal and external partners in implementation, providing an excellent opportunity to grow professionally and develop your skills.
Responsibilities:
- Expand capabilities in 'IC Services' and 'TP Controversy' through operational development of group-wide IC service processes.
- Support group companies in TP audits and controversy topics, such as MAPs.
- Serve as the contact person for transfer pricing from strategic, procedural, and tax perspectives for individual group companies and central functions.
- Design and implement projects to develop the TP system further.
- Coordinate operational collaboration with internal stakeholders and external consultants.
- Develop and monitor the implementation of the group's internal transfer pricing guidelines.
Qualifications:
- University degree in business administration, economics, law, or a comparable qualification.
- Tax consultant qualification or similar is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Broad experience in transfer pricing, ideally within an international auditing, tax consulting firm, or corporate tax department.
- Familiarity with 'IC services' from legal and operational perspectives.
- Experience with tax audits and MAPs.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Independent, analytical, and structured working style.
- Fluent communication skills in German and English, results-oriented approach.
