As the Ecommerce Specialist for AIR, you will be responsible for setting the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our digital presence, ensuring we deliver a best-in-class shopping experience that fuels business growth. You will lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative strategies that enhance customer acquisition, increase conversion rates, and maximize profitability. Key Responsibilities:
Drive Traffic to the Shisha World E-commerce Platform:
- Develop and implement comprehensive traffic generation strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and strategic partnerships.
- Identify and capitalize on new customer acquisition opportunities, including expansion into new markets and emerging digital channels.
- Leverage data analytics to refine traffic acquisition efforts, optimize customer engagement, and enhance Shisha World's digital visibility.
Improve Conversion Rates:
- Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and A/B testing results to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and reducing bounce rates.
- Work closely with the UX/UI team to optimize the user experience, streamline the conversion process, and ensure seamless navigation across the Shisha World platform.
- Develop and execute targeted initiatives to enhance site performance and boost checkout conversions.
Oversee Loyalty and Retention Programs:
- Develop, implement, and manage customer loyalty and retention programs for Shisha World, focusing on maximizing customer lifetime value (CLV) and increasing repeat purchase rates.
- Design personalized marketing strategies that engage customers, reduce churn, and foster brand loyalty.
- Utilize data-driven insights to segment customers and deliver tailored experiences that drive deeper engagement and higher retention.
Increase Basket Size:
- Formulate and execute strategies to encourage larger transactions, including upselling, cross-selling, and personalized product recommendations.
- Develop targeted promotions and bundling offers that increase the average order value and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Partner with product and merchandising teams to ensure optimal product placement and availability for larger basket sizes on the Shisha World platform.
Drive Shisha World and Partner Brands Market Share:
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to identify and promote high-margin, high-demand products, driving brand visibility and profitability.
- Establish and strengthen partnerships with key brands and suppliers to enhance Shisha World's product offerings and market presence.
- Lead initiatives to expand Shisha World's market share by identifying and launching innovative products or services that meet customer needs.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Regularly analyze Shisha World's e-commerce performance metrics, generate detailed reports, and present actionable insights to the executive team.
- Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making, optimize strategies, and implement continuous improvements across the e-commerce platform.
- Monitor and track key KPIs to evaluate business performance and drive initiatives that achieve Shisha World's growth objectives.
Inventory and Supply Chain Management:
- Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure product availability and optimize inventory management for Shisha World to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Develop inventory forecasting models that align with sales trends and promotional activities to support efficient supply chain operations.

- Traffic (Visits) and Traffic Share (%)
- Conversion Rate (%)
- Consumer Data (Records)
- Average Basket Size ($)
- Net Revenue (NTO) and Gross Margin (GM)
- Business Efficiency Index (BEI) for B2C

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience within e-commerce or digital strategy, with a proven track record of success.
- Extensive experience in developing and executing SEO strategies, driving organic traffic, and increasing conversion rates.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making, with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce technologies, platforms, industry trends, and best practices.
- Experience working with analytics tools, SEO software, and a variety of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Google Analytics, Klaviyo).
- Experience working with Amazon Marketplace is a plus
- Proven ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and deliver results under tight deadlines.
