A leading adhesive solutions company is seeking an Ecommerce Product Specialist to manage product content for their ecommerce sites. This remote role requires a detail-oriented individual with technical knowledge and communication skills. Responsibilities include optimizing product listings, conducting market research, and ensuring accurate product information to enhance customer experience.

We are seeking an Ecommerce Product Specialist to help create, organize, and optimize product content for adhesive dispensing equipment on our ecommerce websites: Hotmelt.com and Dispensing.com.
This role is responsible for all industrial equipment and replacement part listings, ensuring they are accurate, up to date, optimized for SEO, and meet the needs of our customers. This requires continuous learning about various product categories and related industrial applications through a combination of internal training, independent research, and coordination with subject matter experts within the organization.
With a customer-centric mindset and extensive equipment knowledge, this role also supports non-technical team members in developing marketing materials, ad campaigns, and new website features to better serve our customers.
This role is suited to someone who is a self-directed learner, exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys collaborating across departments.
This is a remote position, but the Twin Cities, MN area is highly preferred.
