Position Overview
We are recruiting an eCommerce Manager to drive high-level performance across our global eCommerce Brandstores, reporting to the Global Brandstores Manager. The role involves managing the commercial performance of our online stores in key markets including the USA, France, and Germany.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive commercial performance by co-managing strategy and marketing calendar.
- Steer sales performance and UX/UI improvements, focusing on USA, France, and Germany.
- Oversee trading activities, including pricing and offers, to maximize revenue.
- Develop and analyze onsite campaigns and navigation to optimize customer journey and business performance.
- Manage product forecasting to ensure stock availability across global warehouses.
- Enhance synergies and best practices across eCommerce departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, pricing, finance, and supply chain.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4+ years of proven eCommerce experience in B2C brands, preferably in consumer goods such as beauty, lifestyle, or sexual wellness.
- Strong commercial acumen, understanding of KPIs, and P&L management.
- Results-oriented with a creative mindset and strong conceptual and implementation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Tableau, Superset), and CMS systems (preferably Magento).
- Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Convert, Monetate).
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects.
- Flexible, agile, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
- Degree in Business Administration or Economics is a plus, or demonstrated knowledge.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (German, French) are advantageous.
