Experience

• 3+ years experience implementing similar SaaS e-commerce solutions for Base.com
• Solid understanding of the DACH e-commerce landscape and experience working with retailers and brands
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Fluent in German and proficient in English

Nice to have

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and PHP
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Experience configuring and managing online stores

Tasks

• Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects for Base.com customers, ensuring smooth onboarding and system integration
• Analyze customer requirements, providing tailored recommendations and best practices
• Deliver technical demos during onboarding
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and roadmaps
• Configure and customize Base.com systems to meet client needs
• Design solutions to optimize client workflows
• Engage with clients to understand and align solutions with their business goals
• Evaluate project success by measuring outcomes against goals
• Assist customers in integrating additional tools to enhance their system
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation
• Participate in industry events and on-site customer implementations
