What you’ll do

• Plan and execute the entire email marketing strategy;
• Create email chains for sales, activation, and retention;
• Develop various email campaigns, managing timing, logic, and content based on audience segments;
• Manage domain reputation, spam filters, unsubscribe processes, and feedback;
• Create content plans, mailing lists, templates, and campaign setups;
• Handle delivery, integration, and automation with email services like Mailchimp;
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance;
• Engage with Replika through hands-on usage for feedback and insights.

What we’re looking for

• At least 2 years of email marketing experience, preferably in B2C subscription apps;
• CRM management skills and experience working with client/user databases;
• Technical proficiency with email platforms like Mailchimp;
• Experience with analytics tools like GA4, Amplitude, Tableau;
• Ability to analyze campaigns and user data to assess impact;
• Experience creating sales, activation, and retention campaigns;
• Experience managing multilingual CRM systems across markets;
• Interest or experience in AI personalization and automation;
• Ability to collaborate with a growth-oriented team;
• Motivation to innovate in a competitive market;
